Welcome to Incusim (a More Techies company). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, participation in our programmes, and any related services we provide.
By accessing or using our website, enrolling in our courses, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

• Our programmes are designed for secondary school or high school students aged 13–20 years old.
• Parents or legal guardians must complete the enrolment process on behalf of students under 18.
• You must ensure that any information you provide during enrolment is accurate and up to date.

4. Programme Information

• We provide virtual, weekend-based programmes in various fields, including Data Science, AI, Cybersecurity, Product Design, and others listed on our website.
• Each programme description on our site is for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, update, or cancel programme content, schedules, and instructors at our discretion.
• All course materials and resources provided are for personal educational use only and must not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
• The Career Passport and Incusim Points record verified participation, practical experience, skills development and career exploration completed through Incusim. They are Incusim-recognised learning and experience. They are not academic credit, a qualification, or a guarantee of admission to any university, apprenticeship or job, unless Incusim has confirmed in writing that a particular organisation recognises them.
• Incusim Points are awarded only by Incusim staff, each backed by evidence and a named verifier. Incusim may withdraw an award that was made in error or obtained dishonestly.
• The student or their parent or guardian chooses whether to share a verified record by link, and can switch the link off at any time. Records are kept for up to five years, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

5. Enrolment and Payment

• To secure a place in a programme, full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Payments are accepted through secure online methods as detailed during the enrolment process.
• Prices are listed in NGN (₦) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
• We reserve the right to change programme fees, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• Parent/Student Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the programme start date for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date will not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
• Incusim Cancellation: If we cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another cohort.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

7. Code of Conduct

We expect all students to:

• Treat mentors, peers, and staff with respect.
• Participate actively in learning activities.
• Refrain from any behaviour that is disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory.

We reserve the right to remove a student from a programme if these expectations are not met. No refund will be issued in such cases.

8. Intellectual Property

• All materials provided during our programmes, including videos, slides, worksheets, and recordings, remain the property of Incusim or our licensors.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for personal learning purposes only.
• You must not copy, share, sell, or publicly distribute any course content without written permission.

• You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.
• You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, servers, or any connected databases.
• We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by viruses, malware, or other harmful material due to your use of our site.

• While we make every effort to provide high-quality educational experiences, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, academic grades, or employment opportunities.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Incusim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our programmes or use of our website.
