• • To secure a place in a programme, full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• • We reserve the right to change programme fees, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

• • Parent/Student Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the programme start date for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the start date will not be eligible for a refund, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
• • Incusim Cancellation: If we cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another cohort.
• • Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

7. Code of Conduct

We expect all students to:

• • Treat mentors, peers, and staff with respect.
• • Participate actively in learning activities.
• • Refrain from any behaviour that is disruptive, abusive, or discriminatory.

We reserve the right to remove a student from a programme if these expectations are not met. No refund will be issued in such cases.

• • All materials provided during our programmes, including videos, slides, worksheets, and recordings, remain the property of Incusim or our licensors.
• • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for personal learning purposes only.
